How do we operate regarding Covid-19 restrictions?

We are operating under guidelines from the Victorian State Government and we have a Covid Safe plan and collecting contact details of all tour cutomers in place. We have one driver and guide for the tour and we can take up to 7 people (where physical distancing of 1.5 metres is possibe). 

 

What do you require to bring?

This all depends on your tour. We suggest the following: small backpack, water bottle, warm clothes, jacket, good walking shoes, raincoat, umbrella, sunblock, hat, cash/card for extra optional purchases. You may like to bring your bathers and have a swim depending on the tour you choose.
(Please note the weather on Phillip Island and Southern Victoria, can be very cold especially if you have booked to see the penguins. The weather is very changeable. It is best to be prepared).

What is provided on the day of the tour?

Your friendly tour guide, Dianne the guide and driver will provide water and lollies to all passengers, plus what is included in your tour.

Dietary Requirements?

Please let us know as soon as you book your tour if you require special dietary requirements

Pick up and drop off?

We provide a service to pick you up from your accommodation on Phillip Island and San Remo at the start of the tour and drop you off at the end of your tour. If you require to be picked up elsewhere there will be an extra charge. Contact Dianne regarding this.

How many people will be on any one tour?

We have a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 7 passengers on any one tour.

What is the minimum number required for a tour?

Minimum number is 2 or 3 passengers, depending on the chosen tour. If you are a solo passenger, please contact Dianne before booking to discuss.

Rain, Hail or Heat Wave?

Phillip Island and the area is known for changeable weather and in any condition the scenery is beautiful and there is plenty of wildlife to see and the Little Penguins do come home at dusk regardless of the weather. Bring appropriate clothing for the different seasons.

Can we cater for all ages?

Depending on the chosen tour we can take all ages. Our wine and walking tour passengers are to be 21 years and over. Our sightseeing, Little Penguin, family and private tours can take children from 2 years plus.

Are our tours suitable for those with mobility issues?

We do not have wheelchair accessible vehicles.

 

Do we offer customised tours?

Yes, we can tailor a tour to suit you, however it would all depend on availability. We are very flexible. Please contact the Dianne to discuss what you would like to do. All tours are adaptable.

 

Will you see wildlife and Little Penguins?

 Little Penguins come in at dusk every night of the year. Depending on the time of the year the numbers vary. There is wildlife but it depends on the time of day and we do have a secret spot to sight kangaroos. You may sight wallabies, echidnas, Cape Barren Geese and even whales (humpbacks, southern right whales and orcas (killer whales) during the winter months.
