Your not the average traveller and we're not the average tour company

Under Victorian Government COVID-19 restrictions, we are able to take tour bookings and enquiries. With all our tours we will require all customers to follow the Government health guidelines and please do not participate in any public activities if you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms. We understand the toll the pandemic has taken on everyone from all across the world in these uncertain times. With changing travel restrictions and the possibility of future outbreaks, planning a future holiday and tours is a tricky business!

We would like to offer assurance to all future customers, that when you book with us, we are very flexible with our booking policy.

Due to current uncertainty with travel, and you are unable to travel due to forced travel restrictions or sickness related to COVID-19, bookings can be cancelled with full refund without any penalty or your tour can be rescheduled.

Q.1: Are we currently operating?

A: We are able to take  tour bookings and can take enquiries. All bookings will all follow the Victorian and Federal Government restrictions. We do look forward to welcoming you on our tours, with the priority of taking care of your health safety during the COVID-19 epidemic and beyond. 

Q.2: What is Dianne's Venture Tours doing to keep the customers and staff safe?

A: - Our Mercedes Valente vehicle is completely cleaned and sanitised after each tour.

     - Each customer is provided with hand sanitiser disinfectant wipes and masks and gloves are available if required. 

     - Each customer is to sign in via the QR Code provided or if unable to sign in via your mobile you are to fill in your name and contact details at the start of the tour, before boarding the vehicle. This helps with contact tracing should it be required.

Q.3: How many customers can we have in one tour?

A: To assist with social distancing with the driver and customers, the front seat will not be available and will not be used. All customers are to be seated in the rear of the vehicle.  

Mercedes Valente - instead of 7 seats there will only be available 6 seats in the rear. 

We are only operating with pre booked small groups only and not taking any public tours, to help minimise the spread of transmission to unknown parties.

Q.4: What is open on Phillip Island?

A: All of Victoria is open, however everyone has to follow the Victorian Government guidelines. Face coverings will continue to be compulsory indoors and not outdoors.

Q.5: What happens to your payment if you need to cancel due to the COVID-19 restrictions

A: We are being very flexible in these challenging and difficult times. All customers have to pre book tours and give plenty of notice for your tour booking. As soon as you book you are to pay a 50% deposit  and please read the terms & conditions when the balance is to be paid.
